We understand plans can change, but please note that canceling pre-orders will incur a 10% Processing Fee. No exceptions.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
At this time, we cannot accept returns on TCG products.
ROUTE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE.
For all other items, you can return them unopened for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
This applies to non-pre-order items. If you need to cancel a pre-order, please visit the pre-order page.
For order cancellations, please email support@animealley.ca. Due to our quick fulfillment times, if the item is processed before our support team can review your ticket, we won't be able to process a cancellation. Please allow 2-3 business days for a full refund to be processed.
You also have the option for store credit. Store credit is issued to an account under the recipient's name and can only be redeemed by the account holder. Store credit is not transferable.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept exchanges on unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Just bring your receipt and you can exchange it for anything in the store or get a full refund.
MISSING PIECES
If a game you purchased from us has missing or damaged components, please contact the game's publisher for replacements. Most publishers have a contact page and will be able to ship you replacement pieces free of charge. If you need help getting in touch with a publisher, please let us know and we can direct you to the appropriate contact.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS/MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or missing product, please notify us by email at support@animealley.ca within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
We understand how frustrating it can be, but please note there will be no refunds on ripped boxes. Although this is not a common issue as items are shipped directly to us from manufacturers, this policy is in place to prevent fraud and is not a valid reason for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We do not offer price adjustments on products during sales periods. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WHEN ON SALE.
If our price drops before your item ships, we will offer a price adjustment in the form of store credit.
ANIME FIGURES
All sales of Anime Figures are final.
Pre-order cancellations for Anime Figures will incur a 10% Processing Fee.
We do not cancel pre-order items during release week.
If an Anime Figure you purchased has missing or damaged components, please contact the manufacturer's customer service for replacements. We can assist in providing contact information if needed.
Exchanges on unopened Anime Figures are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
If you receive a damaged or missing Anime Figure, you are required to notify us by email at support@animealley.ca within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
