Prizing:

X-0: Player will receive 40% of accumulated entry fee in store credit

X-1: Players will split 60% of the accumulated entry fee in store credit

Please note ties will be considered a double loss

If you purchase a ticket, you are expected to participate in the event. Anyone who doesn't will have their ticket refunded and their spot will be forfeit. 

If you are running late to an event and have not contacted us 15 minutes before the start of the event, you will forfeit your spot. A 5 minute grace period will be given to anyone who informs us that they will be running late.

If you are not able to make it to an event and would like to cancel, contact us within 24 hours to receive a refund.

Any ticket cancellations that are not within 24 hours will be refunded as store credit.
